There seems to be quite a bit of backlash over it. I don't know. I didn't find it that funny, and I don't think he really did anything all that bad, but people have an opinion on it.

The guy they waived earlier, Dylan Garand, was recalled and promptly won his start, and is now #1. At most I see them picking up a veteran backup to try to stay afloat and see what they have in Garand.
