What would we have to give up to get a D-man (say Vatanen) and goalie (Andersson) from Anaheim? Pittsburgh's 1st, JVR, two good prospects not named Marner or Nylander and a lower pick(s)?

Anaheim might be a good partner, although the price surely comes down a little if teams can only protect one goalie next season if there is an expansion draft. Also aren't there some rule changes regarding goalie equipment coming up in the not too distant future?  Seem to recall consensus was...

The thing I don't get is people saying there's n% chance of drafting 2nd, 3rd and 4th but based on what the above says surely the odds are variable depending on who wins each lottery if that impacts the subsequent order? I'm not a maths person at all I'm afraid so more than happy to be put...

Yeah - I was assuming 25th which I wasn't sure would be appealing enough to trade down from 8th-10th from unless it included a good roster player.

I know a lot of this depends on the team, but if he's still there after the 7th-9th pick then any chance the Leafs trade up from the Pittsburgh pick and if so what's it likely to take to get it done?

With Vancouver running into a bit of form and Edmonton not fussed if they lose borh games to them it's possible that even one Leafs win could kibosh 30th place.
