He’s going to be their new captain lol

Looked like knee ligaments popped off to me. Doesn’t mean there isn’t potential ankle sprain on top of it.

That’s probably what I was thinking of.

What’s the earliest we can extend Cowan at that Knies deal? Jan 1? Edit: so for Cowan’s contract, he could extend Jan 1 earliest, but not to 7.75M as there would be tagging implications for next year’s. This would limit deadline flexibility without more bodies coming off the roster. So...

Yiiiikes Last season it was his right knee in a similar type of collision and fall.

Emil Andrae to Knies

Less good for Simon lol

Basically. All his puck touches are converting into turnovers or killing the play chain in some fashion, and then the line has to revert to DZ play. I also think strictly OZ starts are sub optimal for rush players because there's no runway to build up speed unless it's after a swirl in the DZ...

I missed this podcast during the offseason, but the guest on the show works with the new head physician the Leafs hired. They go over training offseason vs in-season and also some broad looks at some of the key players that recovered or are recovering from injuries this offseason.

He was very good tonight and I believe he will be very good if not overused. That said, he definitely is still here because no one would take him.

MotM: Stolarz HM: Cowan Bucket bumps: Sissons, Duhaime, hell even Rielly and Raddysh were good

Beautiful draw weight on that clear by Sissons I feel bad leaving him off the MotM

He needs to shoot some so PKs don’t just clog the pass

Okay that’s a real one

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Right through Willy’s wickets :( Wow Stolarz

Blammo!
