There's definitely no established way to develop pitchers with the intention of limiting their injuries. These guys throw incredibly hard and are usually pretty committed to their delivery. You can make minor changes, but if you change the delivery too much, you can really devalue the asset.
So, accept that pitcher's injuries are a part of baseball and hope that you have enough depth to withstand said injuries. I don't think there's a pitching coach out there that can minimize injuries while maximizing performance.
