Blackberry email needed

I have a letter typed up I want to send to RIM/Blackberry, its expressing my frustrations with my current model the Torch 9800, currently on my 4th model since May 2011 and will be soon on my 5th :S

I can't seem to find an email to use, I tried help@blackberry.com but got an automated response saying not to use that one, and no info on where to send it :S

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

You can try crackberry.com to see if other users are experiencing the same troubles with the Torch as you are.

Twice I have had a piece inside the phone become dislodged and covering the camera lens, once it has been replaced due to it becoming very slow and freezing all the time and the battery life was very poor, now with this model the Y key doesnt work most of the time.

i have been lucky as when I've gone to my provider I would explain the issue and they just replaced the phone right away as its under warranty, but I only have 5 months of that left :S

I guarantee RIM has a team that watches Crackberry.com. Post your issues and you'll know that they'll at least be read by staff :)

Not to sound rude or anything, but maybe just get a different phone? Even if you want to say inside the BB family, I've heard the new Bold is pretty decent.

If all these problems are documented your service provider might be able to get you a discount on something else.

The 9900 is the best phone the company ever put out.  I hate the torch. I used it for a while. The 9900 is great.

Yeah, I've heard some pretty good things about the new Bold. I've only gone as far as holding one in my hands but it's a very nice looking device aesthetically at least. As for the Torch, I know a guy who works at BB and he had to use it before it came out and couldn't wait to ditch it.

I've got the Bold. I know next to nothing about other phones and could care less (don't get me started on iPhone people), but the Bold has been good for me. No issues, at least not yet.

I have a Torch 9810 and have liked it so far.  I heard the 9810 fixes alot of issues the 9800 had so if you can get them to upgrade your Torch to a 9810 that could make a difference.

I was tempted to go with the Samsung Galaxy Nexus but I work down the street from RIM and decided to keep supporting another Waterloo tech company.

I talked to my provider last month when I had to get it replaced for the 4th time, they won't let me upgrade unless I buy out my contract, which has 28 months left on it. So the purpose of the letter is to try get RIM to do something for me, I know chances are very slim they will even care or try to do anything, but it's worth a shot lol

I was trying to get upgraded to the 9810, my gf has the newest Bold and it is a really good phone, but I have gotten used to the torch style and like it, if I never had any of these problems, it would be an amazing phone.

I couldn't pass up the Nexus just to support local :(

The Bold Touch is an amazing device. This is coming from someone who loves his iPhone but wishes there was a keyboard on it.

I've only held one at the store where the screen wasn't actually working so I don't know.  I went with a Torch because my main bb over the last few years was the first bold.  the new bold resembles the original model and I just wanted something different looking.  I am curious though about using the touch screen on it without having to slide out the keyboard.

The touch screen on the Bold is very responsive. No lag at all. The only problem I had with it was the screen size. Otherwise I loved the device. Having a keyboard and a touch screen is bliss. I also missed some apps that I had on my iPhone. There were BB equivalents but just not up to par. That is why I went back.

Ya may have to email Samsung for an answer, although I think there are laws about foreign ownership of over 50%
