Grzelyck is quite good (their Dermott, also paired with their Polak).

The Leaf Report podcast talked about Komarov a bit in their latest post-game chat. His knee is pretty bunged up.

Kapanen is bound to start potting his Grabner moments one of these days. He's already made adjustments (making fewer moves on choppy ice) to just sling it. I'd like to see him cut middle more to make Rask slide. You've got to be pretty perfect to short-side a rush chance without crossing the Royal Road.

Hoping for a better result than the other series that were 2-1 last night!

Lets make it 2-2 boys! Go Leafs Go!!!

So what happens to Plekanec when Kadri comes back on Saturday?

I'm hoping he goes back to the fourth with Kapanen and Johnsson.

People keep forgetting that Plekanec played pretty well with those two when Komarov was injured late in the season. The weak link was Komarov, not Plekanec.

That said, if he shuts down Bergeron's line tonight and appears to be getting under his skin. I would understand if Babcock kept things rolling and stuck Kadri on a souped up fourth line Saturday.

Plekanec on the 2nd line is entirely for matchup purposes against the Bergeron line.  On Saturday, the game shifts back to Boston where they control the matchups (Bergeron will be put out against Matthews) and having Plekanec out there for defensive purposes over 30-goal scorer Kadri with Marner/Marleau doesn't make much sense against Boston's other lines.

Now, when the series shifts back to Toronto for Game 6, then you can consider if Plekanec is able to do a good enough job against Bergeron, loading up that 4th line (if you want to call it that- it might be our 2nd line next year) might make more sense to expose Boston's depth.

On another note, I managed to grab some free tickets to the game tonight.

I believe the Leafs have lost the last 5 or 6 games I attended. I'm going to commit the gambler's fallacy and assume that means they're due for a win.

They lose tonight and it's all on you.

Great to see the win on Monday but the Leafs still need to tighten up. They were scrambling I thought at times and on the PK they have to do a better job on Pastarnak. He should of had 2 goals for sure. If they can do that I think they win. Let's do it boys.

If they lose, I think that will constitute definitive proof that my beer stained Antropov jersey is bad luck.

My lucky Canadian Tire jersey will cancel yours out, leaving them to win or lose entirely on their own merits.
