Crap - Paypal

Ever log in to use Paypal to pay for something, and you've got less than you thought available?  I thought I had $20 more than I do.  But my kid signed up for Netflicks without me knowing and used my Paypal.

So now I can't pay for something that I can only pay using Paypal.  I think my kid needs a ass-whooping.

Just off topic, but may be helpful to people.  I just learned this last week.  If you want transfer money to someone (not a business) without paying fees, on the payment page, select the Personal Tab and then click on Other as the reason for the payment.  When you put the amount down and you click on the button to continue, then next screen will show you a fee of $0.
