Game Notes

BOS
?Rask (27-13-5, 2.48 GAA, .912 Sv%) will likely start for the Bruins
?The Bruins line-up, especially D, is a bit TBA at the moment. Krug and Clifton both left Saturday's game with injuries and are considered day to day. Veteran Steve Kampfer and/or Jakub Zboril, who was just recalled from the AHL, could be inserted into the line-up if needed
?Marcus Johansson, who missed game 2 with the flu, did not travel to Toronto with the team but might still join them tomorrow if he's feeling better

TOR
?Andersen (36-16-7, 2.77 GAA, .917 Sv%) will likely start for the Leafs
?The Leafs will almost certainly be without Kadri for a few games. Babcock said that Marleau and Nylander were both options to replace him at centre. Projected lines are an educated guess

Injuries

?Marcus Johansson - Flu - Questionable Monday
?Torey Krug - Upper Body - Questionable Monday
?Connor Clifton - Undisclosed - Questionable Monday
?Jake DeBrusk - Undisclosed - Questionable Monday until
Kadri's suspension is announced then he'll be fine
?Kevan Miller - Lower Body - Day to day
?John Moore - Upper Body - Day to day
?Sean Kuraly - Hand - Day to day

GO LEAFS GO!!

Haha. Love the DeSuck will be fine once they announce the Kadri suspension. I believe you're absolutely right.

can we put something funny as DeBrusks injury?

Sure.  That vicious kneeing he took from Kadri.

I think the rest of the games in the series will be decided by 1 or 2 goals.

We need to play our style of game in our building.  They will not come out as wired as they did last time, with no crowd behind them for juice.

As long as Babs tries not to match lines all night we'll be good. Let them adjust to us.I think the reffing will be a lot tighter too.

I'll take the split. Leafs were 2-1 without Kadri in the line up last year. Maybe with no one to focus on, the Bruins tactic of low level dirty plays won't be as effective.

Go Leafs Go

Totally disheartened by Kadri's childish reaction. It really hurts to have him out.

Anyway, their D is beat up, use your speed and attack. I expect a big game from our power kids (Nylander/Matthews/Marner).

Go Leafs Go!

Looks like no Clifton. I mean you don't need to be a doctor to know that Krug definitely scrambled his brains on Saturday but yeah I'm sure he's fine.

Eeep. This series could get really ugly. I'm already wincing.

Krug is fine. Just a case of hotbrain. Helmet was probably too tight. Needs to get it really loose on the noggin for Game 3.

So Krug and DeBrusk are playing.  Hooray.  Can?t wait for him tog Er away with more ?clean? play

No offence to Ennis who has done a decent job when called upon but
Why is Rich Clune not coming up to skate with Moore and Gauthier
I promise he wont be taking any shifts off and he will be putting
Bruins through the boards  Fuck its so obvious

Nylander has already been handling centre duties in all but name for the past little while, between taking strong side draws and F3 support for D on breakouts.

Probably has something to do with the fact that he's a regular healthy scratch on an AHL team.

Bright side is no-one's been knocked out by injury, especially on D.

Go Leafs Go. SBA will be ROCKIN :D
