As always, beautifully done CTB. Though I'd add Kessel to who's hot... I understand that as good as Kadri's been, Kessel actually has more points this month?

Hard to describe him as being on any kind of a hot streak after he pulled a no show in two games against boston.

Yeah, back-to-back pointless games like that would negate a hot streak. I'm sure he'll be back on that list soon though.

It will be interesting to see if Lupul sticks with Kessel.  Boy did that lineup switch really spark that line and we all know what the Lupul-Kessel combo did last season.  With Kadri's ability to pretty much click with anybody I think I would be inclined to break up Lupul-Kadri in favour of continuing to ignite Kessel.

I think a JvR/ Kadri/ Frattin line would work. Frattin just needs to pick it up and JvR needs to keep going to the net as he has. I know JvR hasn't been lighting the lamp, but I give him a bit more credit, (as to what he said about doing the right things lately) than he's got from the coach recently.

Fair enough.

Win may solidify Jets first place in that crappy division and may bring the potential Leafs-Jets first round tilt closer to reality.

never ike playng Carolina.. I don't care how they have been playing. Hope we can take advantage of the kid in net... The Staals seem to kill us.. 2 points would be a huge step towrds post season

Kid in net is a local boy, hope he doesn't have the game of his life.

I do like the potential of that line, Kadri feeding a shooter like JVR or if JVR can get back to crashing the net he may be able to pounce on some of the rebounds from all the offence created by Kadri.  Although I would hate to tear Kulemin away from Kadri as it really seems to have increased the confidence level in Kulemin.

GDT prediction-Hamilton gets his first NHL goal tonight!
