Game 55: Maple Leafs @ Flyers, 7:00Pm, Battle of #1 Goalies?

The Flyers host the Maple Leafs, Bryzgalov and Reimer are playing a lot better since the calendar turned to 2012, a matchup of goaltenders who had briefly lost their No. 1 jobs but have played well lately.
the match also features Luke vs Brandon in the Schenns battle.

Bryzgalov never lost to the Leafs in the 3 games he played against, while Gustavsson won the last game in Philly against Bobrovsky

No word yet on who starts in net for Toronto. I would go with Gustavsson tonight and Reimer against Montreal on saturday.

Here is the full preview: http://scores.espn.go.com/nhl/preview?gameId=400046966

Luke, may the force be with you.

Go Leafs Go!!!

I think we got this one!  Philly's tough, and always seem to play us well in Philly but I have a good feeling we'll be ready tonight.  Lupul said as much.

4-3 Leafs... Connolly has a nice game and get's HM in the MotM voting... Just because...

... and Just win, baby!

I like the odds...
I say go to Reimer until our next back to back.  That first goal by Winnipeg was uber-soft.

Brilliant analysis here.

His save percentage was .931 for the game, just by the way.

Edit: Reimer, to me, has had one good start out of the last three (the first shutout was about as shaky as a shutout can be).  I hope plays well but I have more confidence in Gus's game right now

Philly will come out hard after losing 3 straight, are in danger of losing the 4th seed for the first time in a while...although its like the old days where finishing 6th and facing the weak se winner is better than 4th or 5th.

3-2 win in a battle.

The one that he faced 49 shots ?

Got the whiskey out.  Look for a blowup.  But seriously, what is everyone expect from Reimer?
