For the people who love to dig DEEP into ice time, here's a very interesting website that shows shifts during a game.  Lots of options, you can actually hit the "play" button on any game and see the line shifts happen.

That site is pretty impressive. There's been a couple like it in the past but the UI is a lot better in this one.

www.extraskater.com is another site that's popped up this season. Again, it's not the first of its kind but it's easily the best in terms of its accessibility and interface. It's essentially a general database for advanced stats.

Looking at the "Shooting" stats, a majority of the shots taken are under "Wrts" (wristshots).  "Slps" (slapshots) are practically non-existent.
