Will be interesting to see what, if any, impact Bozak being back has on various aspects of the game...

I fully expect Kessel to score.  He got a goal last game and so he's primed to go on another hot streak.  His scoring will be entirely attributed to Bozak's return to the lineup if he does.

Trade up Holland and Kadri, in the lineup. I think Kadri needs a wake up call. After all Holland has been awesome on the Lupul line, so why mess with it. As I also said in another post we need to run with four lines as well, and now that we have the players we can sit the punchers, and ice a 4th that could score.

Hmmmmm

@HennyTweets: Jonathan bernier works the home end this morning. He looks like the expected starter tonight. #TMLtalk  #SEAoBLUE

Already agreed with Nutman on this, definetly Holland #2 and Kadri #3 and McClement #4? we will accept no substitutions.

Leafs need a Kessel hot streak right about now.  A good 5-6 goals in the next 4 games would suffice.

You will take what Uncle Randy gives you, and you will accept it without question!

Thank Busta,  just watched the latest episode of 24/7?. Clarkson looks like his is starting to play up to his level?I have to say I appreciated Randy a little bit more after the viewing?.Kadri looked stupid IMHO??. and they are leaving Phil totally alone?it has become the JVR and Lupul show. Which is fine with me

I'm surprised they're re-inserting Bozak on the top line right away.  Would it not be more prudent, considering his injury, to ease him back in the lineup with 3rd line minutes, and gradually increase it as he gets better....

I'm a bit surprised with that also, I would curb his face-off minutes as well. More Holland would help this situation.

They need to get Kessel going a lot more 5 on 5, and probably hope Bozak will help that.  Like Bozak or hate him, he won't be worse than what Kadri has been with that line since the big funk started 8 or 9 games ago.

I have a pair to sell to tonight's game for face value $70 each. Section 307 row 15. I can email PDF tickets.

if anyone is interested pls email me: dudgee@gmail.com (don't PM me here, I will be travelling today and won't be around.)

I'd say it was an effort to increase the team's offensive depth, but, with McClement on the 3rd line and Holland on the 4th, I can't really justify that. Had they bumped everyone down a rung, it would have made more sense, but, unless Carlyle changes his mind before game time, it doesn't appear as though they'll do that to McClement, so, Holland - who has been the team's most productive player over the last 10 games - gets bumped all the way down to the 4th line.

Not surprised at all that Bozak replaces Kadri on first line right out of the gate. Kadri's been completely ineffective. There's no possible negatives.

Tonight's predictions:
Komisarek takes out Jay McClement. (It's McClement's turn isn't it?) Clarkson and Komisarek have a fight.
Shots 36 to 24 for Carolina.
Leafs lose and fall below 50% of making the playoffs.

Glad Bozak is back because at least he is more responsible defensively than his wingers.  Would have liked to have seen Kadri on the 3rd line and Holland staying on the 2nd but I think he will get moved up every now and then to give him some more minutes.
