I'd like to see them bump the PP slump and make it easy for Hutchinson.  They are due for a big offensive performance.

I seem to enjoy imagining Marner being split from Matthews some of the time to create three scoring lines. And I fantasize a bit in my spare time:

Hall-Matthews-Hyman
Galchenyuk-Tavares-Nylander
Mikheyev-Kerfoot/Spezza-Marner
Spezza-Engvall-Simmonds

Mikheyev seems to get so many chances. Maybe if he was on the ice with Marner those chances would be slightly easier he would convert a few of them.

I really think that Thorton is kind of past it and has been one of the leafs weakest players this year.

Happy Easter everyone. Hope each and everyone of you and your families are well and have a great day. Let's hope for a good game from our team and put a little gap again from the rest of the pack. Weekend started off well seeing the Sens beat the Habs let's cap it off with a Leafs victory.

I honestly don?t hate this love.  I mean obviously an injury can happen during a game but barring a situation like that I kind of like that they are truly giving true rest days

Campbell has to play tomorrow so even if Hutch has a rough game or worst case gets injured it's still better to get VV into a game than have Campbell play in back-to-backs.

Thornton has lost a step...but keep in mind he's playing for the league min.  I think hes full value for that price.  Don't think you get much better player for 700K

Hutch or not they should be able to outscore these guys.  Rittich's previous invincibility has deflated.

I didn't know Tomas Kaberle is third all-time for games played by a Leafs D-man.  I loved watching him skate and pass.
