No lines for the Leafs yet, but expect news on that after Toronto's morning skate at 10am. Speaking of which, apparently LeafsTV will be broadcasting the morning skates for every home game this season. I don't know if they've done that in the past but it's kinda interesting. If you want to tune in it's being streamed here: http://mapleleafs.nhl.com/v2/ext/live/.

And if you missed last nights game you can catch the Game in 6 here: http://video.mapleleafs.nhl.com/videocenter/console?catid=802&id=444489&lang=en

It still amazes me how much coverage this team gets. I guess the fan base dictates the attention, but all the practices are being televised this season?

How many other professional sports teams can say that? And to think, there are fans that don't believe that kind of scrutiny and coverage should effect a players mindset and confidence.

Looks like Bernier, Kessel, Kulemin, Rielly, Van Riemsdyk, Clarkson, Brennan, Gardiner, Bozak, Fraser, Smith all in tonight.

Projected Lines vs. PHI: JVR-Bozak-Kessel. McKegg-Smith-Clarkson. D'Amigo-Ashton-Kulemin. Ross-Crescenzi-Bodie.

Leafs D pairings: Gardiner-Brennan, Rielly-Granberg, Fraser-MacWilliam.

Probably wont see it tonight, but I'd love to see a Gardiner-Rielly pairing on the power play.

Carlyle unhappy with intensity of group, said of regulars, "If they have to play every game from here on out then that?s what we?ll do."

R. Carlyle: "If we don?t have more of an effort than what he had in the morning skate things are going to change."

*sob* still no Lupul

Yeah. Still early though. Im sure they're just being overly cautious with him. No need to rush him into pre season games.

Still a bit concerning for Lupul given his injury history.  He's had an entire summer off and is now out due to back spasms?  Not good.

I can see the veterens being annoyed by that.  I remember Sundin coasting through the pre-season like it was a free skate.  But he knew what he had to do to get himself ready for the opener and once the real games started he was completely on.

Am I correct that this game will not be televised? If so, domage.

Sportsnet has it, every preseason game is on TV.

Yeehaw!

This link didn't show broadcast info for it so I thought it wasn't on: http://mapleleafs.nhl.com/club/schedule.htm?gameType=1

You can always find the broadcast info in the title of the thread.

Slight correction on those lines: McKegg will centre Ashton and Clarkson while Smith will be between D'Amigo and Kulemin.

Yes I see that now. Somehow I only read the radio portion, and having seen earlier no TV info I missed it altogether.
