TB
?Andrei Vasilevskiy (34-22-4, 2.65 GAA, .915 Sv%) will start for the Lightning

TOR
?Ilya Samsonov (27-10-5, 2.33 GAA, .919 Sv%) will start for the Maple Leafs
?Before you freak out, projected line-ups are simply from Game 5. Keefe obviously has decisions to make at forward (Bunting/ZAR/Lafferty), on defence (Liljegren/Holl/Giordano) and whether to go to a 11-7 line-up configuration

G7 seems inevitable but I am going to go way out on a limb and predict a Leafs win tonight.  I think they'll get their attack going.

We need Sammy to play like he did in game 3, if Vas plays the way he did last game and the Bolts shut down the screen shots again we are going to need Sammy to step up big time.

The more I think, the more I want Lafferty out of the lineup over ZAR.  I think Lafferty can be the better player.  The Leafs lose speed and spot Center duty but I want ZAR to throw a few hits on Hedman.  He's hurting.

Great job CtB

Leafs must play tonight like their backs are against the wall.

Play like they were outplayed at home with desperation to win this one.

Leafs record in advance games will finally be 1-10.

Bunting and Liljegren will cause a great effect on the team.

Go Leafs Go!!!

Fold again, 0-11 with 3 wins in a series. The dialogue resulting from a loss will be earned. A group of regular season super stars, nothing more.

There?s nothing I want more than the team proving me wrong but 0-10, Why would I assume anything else?

I don't know if it's this core or just the Leafs in general.  Looking at their playoff stats since 1967:
https://statm.us/e/XZHRQ6uiG

They have only been past the first round of the playoffs 13 times in 56 years.  Their most successful run in the playoffs was 1999 to 2004, during the Sundin years.  I don't know what it is about this team, but it's playoff adverse.

You're saying this BEFORE game 6? Really?

Oddly tornados are one of the few things leaves have no issue with.

It's interesting how home ice has been of absolutely no value in most of the series.

Hope that trend continues tonight. They need to play to win, with a free flowing, high pace game they they excel in. Keefe needs to stop coaching them to play not to lose in these elimination games. That isn't how the team is built.

I think the cap era is a flaw of management/roster design but the 20 year window post 67 was more a spiteful owner intentionally sabotaging the team with his personelle decisions

should they lose this series (AGAIN) then it's all on Keefe. They made some good trades to shore up the defence and I really hope that help enjoys watching these games from the press box. I just don't understand Keefe's love affair with Holl and Brodie
