FLA
?Sergei Bobrovsky will start for the Panthers

TOR
?Joseph Woll will start for the Maple Leafs
?Leafs switched up their lines a bit at practice on Tuesday, particularly on defence. After playing together all playoffs long Brodie and McCabe will split up and play with different partners. Giordano will serve as the 7th defenceman

Nice work Carlton, as usual.  Minor correction: you still have Samsonov starting in the Game Notes.

If they get swept anything and everything is on the table for change, from Dubas's job on down.  A 4-0 flushing would pretty much wipe out the R1 win.

I wish it were otherwise but that's how I see it.

OTOH if they can win this and then manage to win a damn home game, then maybe the conversation is different.  I hope so.

GO LEAFS GO

Kerfoot-Tavares-Nylander

I feel like this will be the hill upon which Keefe's Leafs career will die.

Great job CtB

Big 4 needs to step up. They need to score more than 2 goals, maybe 5 or 6 just so they can start to belive it.

Go Leafs Go!!!

Just playing for pride tonight. But pride is a good enough reason to give it every last ounce of effort guys!

Go Leafs !

Yeah, play for pride. Go down swinging! Have fun, cause changes are coming.

My bad, I put as much effort into this one as the team did in game 3.

Anyway go Leafs go.

I don't know what level of performance would change my opinion on the team structure at this point.  If they came back and won the series I think that's a given, but I'm not sure if they need to push it to Game 7, Game 6?  I think I'm probably wanting a decent change if they aren't making a crazy push.

But for the love of anything, go out fighting.  If the team gets plastered tonight I think I'm going to lean much harder into blow it up territory.

Its been such a crazy playoff around the league I barely even know what to think anymore, but I'm with you. If they get swept, especially via playing a terrible game, I could care less about what happens to the players or execs. If they push it to 7 I could probably be persuaded to change my mind to an extent, but I still think you can't have as much money wrapped up in the 4. I think that's a given now unless they go on some crazy run.

I?m not sure if a second-round sweep wipes out the 19 year old monkey off-the-back first round victory.

I think if we went back to say, April 1st and asked everyone here if they?d be ok heading into a game 4 second-round game, down 3-0 most would be ok with that.

I for one would take that and be quite happy. I think it?s all from what perspective your looking at things from.

I'm thinking they are going to win, and will do so convincingly.

But if they lose, I foresee it being something like a 6-1 blowout in which they are run out of the building.

Either way, I see this game not being close.

You are entirely too mentally healthy for my own good.  ;)

I really don't think most people would be happy with a potential 2nd rd sweep even against the Bruins. At least that would be more understandable though.
