Edit, for some reason I thought it said Stars.  Still a good deal for them, although I am not sure how much he is going to provide in the second line centre role.

Close to his family, actually. Minneapolis is one of the most common destinations for Thunder Bay residents.

That's exactly what I was thinking, I just didn't know if his family was still there.
 
They're all still here. Jordan, Eric, and Marc built houses next to each other on a small lake just outside of town. His parents run a fairly successful sod, soil, landscaping business.
