don't know for what yet

Kinda agree with O'Neill there, cheap, big, good attitude, a guy you probably wouldn't mind keeping around. Can be replaced though.

Keith Aulie cleared waivers today, you could say all those things about him too.

So any NHL team would rather have the latest concussion boy from the Leafs than any of the others.... LOOOOOOL

True, which is why he could be replaced.

Don't know if that's accurate but it was retweeted by Chris Johnson

Also: both played on Leafs top pair with Phaneuf.

Beauchemin is literally the only partner Phaneuf has had in Toronto that you could say was a top pairing D on another good team too.

Ducks beat reporter, he's credible. The player is probably just a warm body maybe for the 50-contract limit. We'll see soon I guess, but I wouldn't expect much in that regard.

Stop trying to make fetch happen ;)

But really - "here, play top minutes with a revolving door of barely NHL calibre D" then "why don't you excel!?"  Gunnarsson goes to STL, he's getting 2nd pairing minutes.  Franson goes to Nashville, he's getting 3rd pairing minutes.

Once again, as has been an issue with the top line, really good players are being put into situations with other players who aren't at that level and criticized when the results aren't great.

Since you won't drop it I'll just point out that Steve Dangle is doing a better job at this than you:

That's making a completely different point, but I saw that bro's tweet anyway.
