2012 Toronto Blue Jays Thread

Yeah, no poop. Such a small change to the swing too (just simply keeping both hands on the bat during the follow-through.) That's it. Who knew?

When you have the kind of power and talent that Encarnacion has always had, it's often just a small adjustment that makes all the difference. It was a similar thing with Bautista a couple years ago.

If they hang on to win, it will be a huge series win against a top team.

rangers were 16-6 overall and 8-1 on the road coming into this one.

Romero goes 8 innings, with only one real blemish (4 in the 5th). Looks like the bullpen will mop up in the 9th.

Key injuries to the Yankees, and the Red Sox are about as dysfunctional as you can get right now.

Door could be wide open for the Jays this year.

Jays are on a bit of a roll - let's hope they keep it up tonight!

However, I am a bit nervous about the whole "slump busters" thing. Santana is 0-5, and of course, Pujols is still sitting on the schneid as far as home runs go.

On the other hand, maybe the Jays could have their slump busted - I'm looking at you Joey Bats and Adam Lind! ;D

I guess they were due for a bad outing - Wilson must have been good, held the Jays to 6 hits. Hopefully they can get the series win today!

Baltimore keeps winning. Surprise surprise. :P
