2015 ALCS - Toronto Blue Jays (93-69) vs Kansas City Royals (95-67)

AA leaving them with nothing in the pen this post season has burned them yet again.

I'm leaning towards him not getting a new contract.

Can we get 2 and a third out of Osuna? lol

And Sanchez allows the run to score....really should have left Price in.

I don't mind it, Sanchez has been really good as a reliever especially against righties. If Price was left in half the people would be saying he should've been taken out. Didn't work out because apparently it's a rule that the Royals can't line out or fly out or anything bit hit with a RISP.

Osuna, Sanchez and Cecil are great. There was an article today showing that the Jays' bullpen isn't that far off the Royals' statistically. Losing Cecil wasn't something AA could help.

Sanchez has given up 4 hits to the first batter he has faced out of the bullpen.  Not great when you have a runner in scoring position.  Small sample size but something to chew on.

And Donaldson strikes out looking in likely his final at bat of the season.  Awful.

You are probably correct, it's just been disappointing not having anyone who can give them a few reliably solid innings since Cecil went down.

Rain delay for spittle.  Hopefully it's a long one and it ends Davis' day.  That burns them through Herrera, Madsen and Davis.  They still have Hoechevar but I'll take that tradeoff.

Greatest Blue Jay ever.

Certainly one of them.  I wish we got to see Delgado in the postseason.

Gibbons gave an interview stating he would go to Stroman over Lowe.  That's nuts.

Agreed. Jose is definitely up there but Carlos never managed to get on a great team like this and that's kind of made him a forgotten man in many ways.
