Haven't seen Matthews take a shift since high-sticking/penalty shot. Don't see him on bench. Must have gone to the room.

Babcock says Nylander will play on Matthews' wing in training camp. Marner also going to stay on wing. #Leafs

Still VERY early and there's no guarantee that'll translate to the regular season line-ups, but we've got our first hint of what we might be able to expect.

Sounds like Bozak is staying until the deadline at least if that is the plan.  They are going to need a sniper on the other wing.

JVR - Kadri - Lupul
Nylander - Matthews - Michalek
Komarov - Bozak - Marner
Martin - Laich - Greening
Soshnikov, Hyman

As far as a forward group goes, that's not bad.  Curious to see what happens with the likes of Michalek, Lupul, Greening, etc, before the season rolls around as I'd like to see some of last year's Marlies (Brown, Leipsic) in the lineup instead.

Matthews with five stitches in his chin from high stick by Toninato. Said it was an accident, "not too mad about it."

I hear they just called in Matt Martin to patrol Matthews' wing for the remainder of the camp.

This is another angle of Matthews' spin to evade Marner.
What this angle really highlights is how responsible Marner is in quickly identifying that his Defense is engaged on the boards as the Whites break out and he floats into defensive position to cover, forcing Matthews to make a great move instead of giving him a 2 on 1.

Tyler Wong has got some moves (he's responsible for the 2-0 at the moment).
Neilsen is more mobile than I remember.
Marner's shifts are too long, but he's hard to stop.

Just a lot of speed and creativity in general, all over the ice.

Trevor Moore 3-0 from Adam Brooks.

If you're not paying too much attention, it looks like Marner is playing alongside Kessel and Stamkos.
