This is his hand tracked micro-events, but that’s generally been the shape of play for the Leafs under Berube. Big emphasis on winning the slots, don’t give a fart about outside shots which skew the CF%/shot clock towards making it look like the Leafs are ceding possession/control.

Essentially, it’s Randy Carlyle hockey, but with the requisite skill at both ends of the ice.
