Bruins @ Leafs - Apr. 16th, 7:00pm - CBC, TSN 1050

What a win.  Freddie redeemed himself.  Maybe he will be lights out the rest of the way.  Go ahead and win game 4.

Well the 2 goals against weren?t great but Freddie held the fort. Good on him. Too many chances given up but we have a series.

Good game. Gardiner was incredible, Rielly had a great bounce back game, and Hainsey and Polak were awful. Alright alright alright.

Fire Komarov into the sun.

There might be something to playing Plekanec more to get him engaged and to get his opponents enraged. He was averaging 16+ minutes before the trade and then was dialed down to 11.

That's the spirit!

*looks up the last game that Plekanec played against the Bergeron unit*

Goddamnit...

Looks better tonight!

The first 2 games were about the most awful I have ever seen.  This one, we got some fortunate breaks, no doubt about it, but deserved the win.

They have to clean up the giveaways, though.

But hey, it turns out we *can* play with these guys.

Let's hope, need Andersen to come up big next game

He didn't completely shut them down, but it was good enough and that's all we needed. How he got a guy like Bergeron so riled up is beyond me too. Was definitely in his head.

Now that gentlemen, is how I remember playoff hockey

And kudos to the refs for letting them play.  One solution to the Leafs poor PKing is to make sure there hardly isn't any.

Honestly though those goals the Bruins got were weak. Andersen made a miracle save late so let's say it would have been 4-1 if he saved the ones you expect.  A win is a win AND they actually killed off a PP

He?s a rented mercenary too, so I don?t really mind if the Bruins waste their energy trying to beat him physically.
