They might have reigned him in. In the last 15 games or so, he made some poor decisions in my opinion - got himself way out of position that resulted in a goal against.

I think he’s feeling good and playing well. Initiating and engaging physically is a good sign. Timing needs a bit to come all the way back (like three missed pucks and plays so far), but just being in the action and pushing depth deeper is paying dividends.
