BS Mike. Pasta turned at the last second otherwise it's not a hit from behind. What's Tanev supposed to do there. Just stop. But I will agree what did Tanev do to get another 2.
 
Carlo Colaiacovo bang on what's the defensemen supposed to do on the Tanev hit. Both Bruin players on these hits were going down. For the life of me how can you call a hit to the head when the player getting hit slouches down. League is absolutely clueless. Don't like seeing any player get hurt but when you put yourself in a vulnerable spot you're only asking for trouble.

No, they don't. It was a PP and then Marchand negated it by roughing Tanev.

Attitudes like yours are part of the problem, call the rule book, let the rule book manage the game.

I agreed with you that he shouldn't have gotten 2 for roughing. The refs feel they had to give them a PP.
 
So there was a hit on the Leaf layer there by the Bruins bench. Leaf player crouched got hit hard probably in the head. Why no whistle. I dont think its a penalty but why no whistle?
