Canada's animal emblem

Attention Canadians!


Recently, as some may already know, a Conservative Senator has suggested it's time for Canada to have a different animal emblem.  The Beaver has been our creature of choice for a long time now.  Should it still be?


Do we really need to change our animal emblem, and, if so, to which other animal to best represent our country?

She's also wrong. The beaver isn't the official animal of Canada. It's one of them.

Since 2002, the "Canadian Horse" is also an official animal of Canada.

According to Eaton, it's "a dentally defective rat". She believes the beaver "no longer has a place as our symbol."

I think Eaton is a mentally defective brat, who should no longer have a place as our senator.
