I agree but they have no chance with a PP like that.CarltonTheBear said:I figured this was a loss after the Tavares injury. The guys did a good job to get their heads back in the game after the intermission. They'll come back.

Chris said:Funny thing about the PP - weren't we told a few weeks ago that there weren't many PPs in the playoffs so it didn't really matter that they weren't scoring? A PP goal or two tonight would have made a bit of a difference.
It just can't be that bad, it can't. If the Leafs give up as much as they get on the PP someone needs to be held accountable and I can't see it as a personnel problem.CarltonTheBear said:https://twitter.com/MapleLeafsHS/status/1395568152206053376
I don't want to pin this all on Malhotra and I don't like the idea of constantly changing assistant coaches every year, but if this does end up costing us a playoff series win this early I'm not sure how you don't cut bait there.
Malholtra will be fired if the PP doesn?t come alive in the playoffs.Bender said:It just can't be that bad, it can't. Sort of sound reasoning, in a weird way.

Not that a concussion is good but I'm hoping that's all it was as there could've been so much more.herman said:https://twitter.com/reporterchris/status/1395571991931936776

Despite the shorty, the PP looked a lot better tonight. They had good possession and chances. Let's see how it goes Sat. The PK looks really good though.BermudaBudsFan said:Malholtra will be fired if the PP doesn?t come alive in the playoffs.Bender said:It just can't be that bad, it can't. Simmonds should have come out to handle that. We need Foligno on the ice.
