Canadiens @ Leafs - Oct. 13th, 7:00pm - SN, TSN 1050

I think this team will cause problems for teams a lot of nights, but I do think Jake Allen is a big problem without the Price safety net.

I think the Habs are going to be in tough to make the playoffs because their defense is considerably worse without Weber but am I crazy for thinking this isn't a terrible lineup?  It's not world beating by any means and its entirely contingent on guys continuing development (Suzuki/Caufield) or showing better consistency (Anderson) but I think Montreal might actually be a better team...at least offensively this year.

We still better beat them tonight without Matthews.

I don't think the habs are pushovers at all...but maybe the goaltending sucks at the moment.

And not having Matthews' goal/game in the lineup is a big problem for the Leafs.

They're really going to need to hit on 2 or 3 of Ritchie, Kase, Bunting, and Kampf, if they're going to make big noise this year.

Oh boy. Them's Jinxin' words. LOL.

Go Leafs!!!!

I?m looking forward to 2042 when the NHL realizes the Arkells aren?t the only band in the universe

Not a great start.  This looks more like the latter half of the opening series.  Montreal playing with more energy and the Leads playing on their heels

Pretty anemic powerplay so far.  The team doesn?t look sharp to start the game.  That?s pretty disappointing given the matchup

Im more concerned more with the soft play in their own end.

Jesus C. Stupid decisions. Muzzin carry it in and one guy back no forwards holding back. How many odd man rushes have we seen already.
