I heard on Leafs Lunch that when the Leafs try and get Joe and Robertson back on the active roster it's going to be very difficult.

Being as they make minimum, is this really true?

No.

If there is one thing that most of TSN/SN don't appear to understand, it's the cap.

In this case, it is particularly troubling as one of the people on that show were in charge of running the Leafs cap for a few years.

So true. You should have heard them today going on about the CBJ fiasco. Yes it sucked the goal counted and there was a mess up, but CBJ tied it up early in the 3rd. Then Poulin goes on about what if it costs them the playoffs by 1 point...CBJ has 43 more games. They control there own destiny here. They're talking like there's 5 games to go in the season.

This is really fun OZ movement to shake checks, mess up d structure, attack the net

Don't get me wrong, I like reilly, but that goal sort of articulates why he seems to be responsible for so many 2on1's against. He's ridiculously deep in the canucks zone for the goal, and a couple bounces and its back the other way on likely an odd man rush.

I don?t understand why that wasn?t a penalty on Nylander on the basis of stick up into the gloves.

He was there because Marner was the high forward and was in position to be covering for him.  If the puck bounced over his stick it wouldn?t have been a 2-on-1

When Canadian TV rotates through 5 or 6 commercials during a game having one with an annoying character gets old after seeing it 20 times a game.  I may never buy a Harvey?s burger again

Leafs looking pretty terrible tonight.

Lucky to be ahead. Who?s the tired team? Couple injuries really shows how weak the forward lines are. All boils down to not having any space.
