I dread to watch tomorrow's game.

I predict we'll play much better.  I no longer fear playing in BOS.

I just don't like the lack of depth currently with all the scoring talent on one line, especially going there where they can just stick Chara out when they wish to match up.

Did the 2 fourth line players ice much tonight? Or were the top line played a little more than usual?

They didn't play great, but glad we pulled that win out!

Agreed. A win is a win. Although it seems like I'm saying that in like 95% of the wins.

Faceoffs:
Mcclement 9/15 60%
Lupul        2/4  50%
van Riemsdyk  6/16 40%
Smithson  8/9 89%
Kadri        5/9 56%

Tor - 31 fo wins
Nj - 25 fo wins

Next up Boston - best face-off team the last 2 seasons

I was impressed with Kulemin tonight.  He really was throwing some heavy hits.  I didn't miss Orr at all.  With Bodie, McLaren, Fraser and Clarkson in the line up I don't Orr is needed against any team in the NHL.

With Bozak and Bolland back I don't think the Leafs will need Bodie or Orr in the lineup.

Both teams seemed a bit off. The Kessel goal was nice, the rest of the game was lousy.

With Rielly in as 7th D the 4th line got even less TOI than usual.  Somebody posted some stats above.  MacLaren hardly played (and now that I think about, did Janssen play much more?  That would be the only reason to dress a slugger against NJD).

Still fairly adamant NJ's goal was offside.

I was at the game and thought so too, but on reply I could pause it with the Devils' guy straddling the line and the puck just past.

I was thinking the same. Kulemin was very good. He seemed to be running around a bit, but had tonnes of energy and brings a much needed physical element to the forwards.

He crushed someone at one point right as the camera panned away from them, and you couldn't see the impact, but you could hear the crowd roar.

I may have a bigger soft spot for Kulemin than anyone else on the team.
