Good effort so far.  I don?t like how Vladar is playing.  This screams like a 40 shot hard to score night
 
Insistence on doing deep drop passes to start the PP wastes a good 30 seconds of that PP.  why are we still doing predictable on the PP.  the deep drop pass doesn?t generate speed or help zone entry if the defenders can just line up at the blue line

It really gets almost silly at times.  There on the second unit Sandin could have gained the zone on his own ? that move he put on Gaudreau is evidence ? but he just literally stalled out waiting for the drop pass to develop.

Ya I get it at times but like you said there are times the 1st guy moving up ice seems to have speed and room to just take it in. Instead they throw it back. Not so much the time wasting but one of these times it's going to come back and cost us a shortie.

I don't know if it's just me but been seems to be fiddling with the puck more when he has possession. Puck handling it more.
 
Most of these shots aren?t high danger but again it would be to have one of those games where the opposing goalie is mediocre
