Florida Panthers (A1) vs. Tampa Bay Lightning (A3)

We had the easy road last year and failed.  Tampa winning this series just makes me more annoyed that we get this garbage run through the East.  This division doesn?t get easier next year

If Kerfoot scores on his overtime breakaway in Game 6, the narrative would be that the Leafs decisively won the series, 4-2. That the narrative about the team hangs so tenuously on the outcome of a single event like that means that the narrative is garbage. The Leafs lost a coin flip and they absolutely were equal to Tampa.
 
Equal or better on skills and stats, but the difference was between the ears. Tampa already learned how to bear down and power through and what sacrifices it takes. Toronto is getting there.

On another note. You can?t convince me that the leafs aren?t the 2nd best team that were in the playoffs. 3rd at worst if considering Colorado.

TB is going to steamroll into the final. Say what you want about first round exit blah blah but this is just proving to me that the leafs were neck and neck with the freaking lightning.
 
FLA really has to make some changes, I say they trade Huberdeau and Barkov. It would be nice if they could get rid of Bob but that contract is horrible.

Apparently multiple Panthers were partying in a Tampa strip club until 3am last night, while facing an elimination game today.
