Game 17: Leafs @Lightning, 7:30pm - Leafs TV, SUN

I'm a bit weary of this Tampa team - they're never out of any game.  I've watched them a few times this year, and the last few games they've tied with the goalie pulled...against Montreal, they scored 3 goals in the last 5 min to force overtime.  This game will require a full 60 minute effort for sure.  That being said, if the goaltending keeps doing what they're doing, they'll have a shot!

Go Leafs Go!!

there's no way they put in anyone other than scrivens ..they didn't bring someone up because they wanted to see them play..they brought someone up because reimer is injured ..unless they decide that reimer's injury is going to put him out for longer than they anticipated ..i think they'll ride scrivens until that doesn't work...

Probably, but asking Scrivens to play 3 games in 4 nights (assuming he starts Thursday) is asking a lot.  OTOH he didn't have to work THAT hard last night so maybe it doesn't matter so much.

it's the kind of season it is ..feast for famine ..i'd rather the team wasn't playing as frequently as they are but i think they're all in it together

I don't think it is asking a lot, at all.  He is a 26 year only man asked to play 3 hockey games in 4 days.  That is nothing.

the 3 in 4 will be hard on scrivens.  Age be damned.

The hard part is facing a team who can put the buck in the net.  3 in 4 is nothing, nothing.

bucks OR pucks.  LOLz

The Bolts are a defensively challenged team that the Leafs could really expose if they can jump on them early, just like they did last night.  TB only seems to win if they get into wild west shootouts.  If the Leafs continue to play a tight game, they can contain them.
