Usually the team with more offensive pressure draws more penalties - not the case tonight.

I never saw how WEAK that penalty was until just now.  Wow.

There is absolutely no way to win a game like this.  4 of the Leafs penalties were very weak and they have received 1 flipping call. You just can't do anything against that.  And then you couple it with the non-calls against the Capitals, and the random, Schenn lays a clean hit, gets jumped and thats just two offsetting minors for roughing.
