Great explanation. I really don't see how you check a guy and you check caused you to leave your feet literally in the middle of a check. He drives upward into Knies' head. Even if that were true there's no way we should be on the PK.

As foolish as the penalty assessments were on that play, we could have lost a great player there who already had a concussion in the playoffs. Where's Reaves??? Oh right...he was given a match penalty and 5 game suspension for making a hit to the head of an opposing player...

I think it's just the opposite. Whitecloud sets up a shoulder-check and Knies collides with him and the momentum lifts Whiitecloud up. I agree with you about the PK, that was garbage.
