Hextall fired in Philly

Tough situation for everyone involved, but good for Fletch Jr. to not give a fake "you're fine" under the gun. 

I think Hakstol knew it, and there really was no way he was going to survive this.  He basically forced Fletcher's hand before he was ready to play it. 

I think Hakstol played it properly for himself, and the new GM had to act.
