Poor coaching is part of it, but not all of it. They do need a bomb from the point.

There seems to be so little movement on the Leaf pp. It's hard to believe they're being coached to play like that. If they are, that's on the coaching staff. If they're just not executing, it's still on the coaching staff because they keep putting the same group out over and over. Including Nylander for 2 minutes again. It's like the bizarro world.

He has to be our most tradable asset right now.....especially if AM34 goes on LTIR to playoffs.

Makar's wrist shot is better than Reilly's slap shot. You're right just have to get them through on net but having someone with a shot also gives you that extra element. We've argued about this before. You think most or all of Bouchard's PP goals for the Oilers are by just getting it through? Reilly has no shot zilch. Players on my local junior B team shoot harder than he does. Someone also eluded a while back that he seems to hesitate on his decisions when he has the puck on the PP. He's indecisive which doesn't help. Only good thing about him now is his contract which he's probably the only one who took less maybe to stay.
