That's the infuriating thing about him, and I imagine part of the reason the Flyers were willing to move him. He'll just disappear for a few games, but, then he'll come back and be the star for a few games. He needs more of the latter and less of the former.

RedLeaf said:I really like JVR, but I'm starting to get the sense that Kessel is the spark plug that ignites Lupul, and so far this year, JVR. Once Phil gets that offense going, guys like JVR and Lupul, who are good finishers, really become the beneficiaries of his great plays. It should be interesting to see if either Lupul or JVR can keep it up while playing on a different line than Kessel, once Lupul returns.
