JJ Piccinich Withdraws from BU and Signs with the Knights (OHL)

It has been rumored for a while and the Knights formally announced his signing yesterday.  Piccinich was the Leafs 4th round pick in the 2014 NHL draft.  He played his rookie year at Boston University but didn't really get a great opportunity to show his skill.  Now he joins a team that is loaded for a potential Memorial Cup run, helmed by fellow Leaf Mitch Marner.
 
Scrolled through a Knights thread on HF, they're all expecting Piccinich to play in their top-6 with either Marner or Dvorak. That would definitely give him a good chance to produce. Hopefully that brutal season with BU hasn't stunted him at all. Not that he was exactly an A+ prospect to begin with though.
