Leafs 2016/2017 Schedule in 10 game chunks

I have a bad feeling that McDavid will go nuts in his first ever game against the Leafs in Toronto.

Well, it's not like he had the most productive game of his young career the first time he played the Leafs . . .

(I'm predicting his first career hat trick)

You mean he'll have an emotional breakdown after realizing how close he came to playing for his boyhood team and take his skate off and throw it at Milan Lucic?

Pretty sure he still blows by Polak with only one skate on.

Well, ahead of the first 10 game chunk from last season.  9 points in 10 games, not great but not a disaster.  Hopefully Leafs can get on a roll now.  If Kadri can build off that last game, we're in for a treat.

9 points in 10 games with the 5th worst PDO and the 3rd worst save-percentage (5-on-5) isn't too shabby.

Yep, the improvement in Andersen's play will go a long way to getting the Leafs a better record that's for sure.    Hope he keeps it up.

Darn, I meant to get my prediction in before that game.

6-3-1 over the next 10 including last night.

Leafs were 6-2-2 last season in the second chunk.  Hopefully the same trend continues now that the young guys have a taste of the Babcock system and worth ethic.  Need to clean up the shots against real quick though, can't be giving up 40+

Yeah, they really need to learn to buckle down better when defending the lead.

Thanks to Andersen last night though they've been able to do that for the longest in-game stint of the season.

Let's hope they get another chance tomorrow by getting up on the Canucks early at the ACC.

I honestly don't think that horror shows like last night are deserving to have a man of the match or hm.

Agreed, but we live in a democracy and unfortunately we're stuck with whatever crappy, asinine decision the majority votes on.

Actually the majority voted for Bills wife, however their assinine system should be replaced with one like?say Canada's..  I try to tell my American friends that we have a 3 month election proceedure and that we don't vote for the Prime Minister, that in fact we vote for the party candidate in our riding.
Hard for them to understand.
