Leafs @ Canadiens - Mar. 26th, 7:00pm - CBC, TSN 1050

Savaged just straight up slashing the Leafs on that chance but of course it isn?t a call because the Leafs don?t draw penalties

It is simply amazing how badly the Leafs can play in their own end sometimes. That was terrible.

Now they are losing. Don't need to drop this one, they are already currently in the first wild card spot.
Doesn't matter where they end up. Let someone else play T Bay

Yeah, not many really good options, are there. Tampa, Boston, Florida or Carolina seem to be the only choices here.

It is still frustrating watching them play like this.

One positive is that Kallgren has been really good.

He has been?.ok.

2 goals on 15 shots (3 on 16 if you include the one called back for offside).  Allen has been better and again that continues to be a big problem for the team.  For all of the mistakes the team makes our mistakes end up in the net disproportionately

Can't beat a depleted team missing regulars trading away others tells me what this team is made up of. Allen isn't even stealing it the Leafs are just giving it away to no surprise.

Every time they lose it?s never a surprise to you

Kind of agree, kind of disagree. While the numbers don't look good, I thought that Montreal had a lot more quality chances for their 15 shots (not sure about whether the stats back that up, just judging based on what i see). Allen has had a good number of positional saves where he went into the butterfly and the puck just hit him. Maybe you argue the same thing with Kallgren, and that's fine. I just thought from what I saw, he made some more difficult saves and I give him credit for that.

Maybe another drink is in order. :)

Theres a difference losing and and then losing to sh*tty teams that you should handily beat. Team has no killer instinct and it's a concern.

I come down on your side.  Both Habs goals were quality shots and I think he's been good.

I also agree, he?s had to make some saves from some very high danger chances, the first two shots he faces were from really dangerous areas after he?d been waiting 10 minutes for a shot.

And very little he could do on the goals.

Need to try and not give Allen clean looks on pretty much every shot.

Agreed. On that last sequence I noticed Kerfoot getting cross-checked to the ice. Habs trying to keep the front of the net clear.
