Leafs @ Coyotes - Nov. 4th, 9:00pm - SNO, TSN 1050

Why do they do that stupid down low cycle play.  It doesn't move the defenders.  It doesn't move the goaltender and noone else is moving down low to try and get a tap in if the puck gets through a sea of legs.

I see Carlyle has gone right back to Kessel-Bozak-JVR

Basically the first chance he got to make the change he did. Wonder if it lasts.

Basically never does it when JVR-Bozak-Kessel struggles at any point past 3 years, but first time Kadri does...

EDIT: Tyler "Glorious Chance" Bozak is my new name for him.

New look lines:
JvR - Bozak - Kessel
Santorelli - Kadri - Winnik
Komarov - Holland - Clarkson
Ashton - Carrick - Panik

Not that the powerplay as a whole has been good, but Clarkson has 1 powerplay point in 11 games this season while consistently getting 2nd unit ice-time. Randy, you gave him a chance and he blew it. Time to take him off. He's not even that good in front of the net.

Santorelli has played three minutes all game. Gets out there here and line has very good shift. Weird usage tonight unless he's hurt.

I thought he's been quite effective this season.

Carlyle with questionable bench management? Well, I never . . .

On my Clarkson point, I was surprised to see Kadri and JVR both have 0 PP points this season.

Really, only Bozak, Kessel and Phaneuf have really had PP success so far this season. Everyone else has 2 points or less. The PP has been really ordinary.

It's not really surprising either.  The PP really hasn't looked dangerous very often.
