Brown and Nylander actually swapped spots in the morning skate:

Martin-Smith-Soshnikov

i hope the fact that montreal played last night gives us a decent chance of going in there and getting two points.  our road record could use some help.

Interesting, if it holds.  Still, it seems like Babcock is tweaking us peanut-gallery experts with his choices.

I don't care that much even if we lose, so long as it's 6-5 or something like that.  I am going to toss my tomatoes if I have to listen to Hughson et al. put Price on a Zen pedestal all night.

I'm a glass half empty kind of guy for tonight's game, but it would be, *insert Donald Trump's voice* "Huuuge", if they could pull off a win.

Babcock explained that flipping Brown & Nylander for road games allows for more balance, he doesn't have to worry about match-ups as much

Montreal also of course doesn't have a Crosby or McDavid or Kopitar to shut down so hopefully the Kadri unit can play a little more offensively tonight.

Babcock beat me to it. I was about to note the spread offence to force the matchup to pick its poison.

I like Brown and Hyman together too, as they play similar games and would let Matthews play obvious alpha.

#freeHolland for real. I can't understand why he can't at least rotate in for a game or two once in a while for Smith or Martin or Hyman.

I know eh, it's like you just know Healy, Hughson and Simpson are just going to be furiously masturbating to Price all night long. They want to have his babies. They would literally go trans to have his babies.

I'm not sure you know how to properly use the word literally.

Don't worry they would still find a way to talk about how his steely focus willed the team to win over adversity.  The only way to make it not happen would be to beat them 8-1

Nah, they'd just blame the offence's "bad night", defensive breakdowns, bad penalties...or my favourite: untimely penalties.

Price is above reproach.  He actually pisses me off when he's inpenetrable though.

I didn't know we could use Disco's language on this site, because if we can, it could get quite rude, especially with Trump lurking in the shadows as one of us.  Don't look at me! We will make the Leafs great again!
