I'm not watching unless McLaren gets back in the lineup.  This team needs more McLaren/Orr/Fraser and less of everything else.

I'm having a hard time getting up for this game the way we are playing. if the Leafs can't get it together soon it will end up being a long season. I expect the leafs to  finish  no less then fourth, so this slump has to end here.

If we lose this one then it may be time for some kind of big change.

If Parros is out and either Orr or MacLaren play, then Nonis literally needs to take immediate action.

I have no problem dressing fighters. I have a problem with them playing 3 minutes a night. If you're going to dress them, you have to play them as well.

And fire himself?

Yes, but only after he calls EDM and begs to get Eakins back.

You know, after watching a few Oilers games and seeing their lack of success, I'm pretty convinced that Eakins is not the answer.

I truly believe that if we lose tonight by a great margin, something will done to shake this team up. Taking Burke's analogy, this has signs of the 18 wheeler going off the cliff.

Meh. I'm not blaming Edmonton's struggles entirely on Eakins but some of his decisions kind of make him seem like a Carlyle-clone. I'm actually not too bummed out we lost him anymore.

I'm on the Laviolette train anyway.

Depends how you're reading the signs. This current 'funk' is nothing compared to what happened when Burke made those comments. Even with the losses, they're still picking up some points along the way.

With a few lucky breaks tonight, I think they can pull of a victory. Of course, if the breaks go the other way than....
