Leafs Injury Updates

Reimer is out with an upper body injury.

Is this just a "fake" to give Rynnas a chance to play or does he have a concussion problem again.

Based on the reports coming out, I'm going to say it's not a concussion/head injury related thing. It's likely something much more minor.

How can he have a recurrence of symptoms if he didn't have a concussion in the first place?

I wonder what triggered this.

Carlyle said he "took a shot" in practice.  I suppose that means a slap shot, I doubt a player would have run him in practice (although stranger things have happened).  Just shut him down for the rest of the season, there's only 5 games left anyhow.

He did have concussion-like symptoms before. Whether it was neck injury related, I'm not sure - not even his doctors seem sure according to the previous reports.
 
Any news on Gunner?  I haven't heard a thing about his recovery so I assume and hope that it was a grade 1 or 2 separation and no surgery. 

What a solid defenseman.  I think he will blossom into a real gem this coming year.
