Haha. He does skate well for a big man.

She?s a magician; Marchment was Bambi on ice when he was first picked up. See Dermott, Gauthier, Moore?s respective strides in this department as well. Very excited to see how far along Justin Brazeau gets after one season.

Brazeau seems to be doing well in Newfoundland. Hopefully he gets to the Marlies before the year is out. He's def a project but could pay off.

If Marchment can play maybe the Friedman / Timashov trade idea is closer to reality

Noticing that Winnipeg's top six produces a lot of goals:

Mark Scheifele C
Kyle Connor LW
Patrik Laine RW
Blake Wheeler RW
Nikolaj Ehlers LW

13-20 goals each, which compares favorably with the Leafs top-6 even though they don't quite have a Matthews-level scorer (and, well, Marner and Tavares were both injured for a chunk of games).  But overall, Winnipeg is 20 goals behind in the team goal-scoring race.  So I guess we have the edge in secondary scoring?

Yeah their next tier of scoring after Blake Wheeler's 13 goals is +/- 2 from 5 goals.
The Leafs have Marner, Kapanen, Hyman with 10, 9, 9, Kerfoot/Mikheyev bordering that as well.

Willy nearly with another

He also set up Hyman as the late man on his first shift but the puck bobbled.

Hyman, man. Matthews got that I think

Are there delayed whistles on these goal reviews?

Edit: post sadly

Maybe I was being hyperbolic when I saw he's our only forechecker the other day, but nobody on the team does it as well as he does. No one.
