Leafs @ Kings - Nov. 2nd, 10:30pm - TSN4, TSN 1050

Well this isn't looking good.

Fun fact: LA drafted Mike Cammalleri with a 2nd round pick they got from the Leafs for Aki Berg.

Jesus Christ.  This keeps up and I'm going to bed.

Glad I'm not watching it. Team has been disappointing lately and Babcock is annoying with all the line and lineup changes. Some of his decision making has me baffled.

Thanks disco, just got your message!  Much appreciated even if there is no TSN feed tonight.  I'll bookmark the FB.

Listen, the Leafs were bad defensively on all the goals, atrocious really. But McBackup looked just as bad. Gardiner blows a tire and that sucks, but that's a stoppable shot especially since it wasn't from a goal scorer. The power play goal he didn't have a chance on but that's because he was out of position, and he let a pretty bad rebound out moments before that too which kept the play alive. And the 3rd goal again it looks like he doesn't have a chance with a guy wide open but that's again because he out himself out of position and was playing a really strange angle before the pass was made to the other side.

Stanley Cup favourites.  ::)

You know, what this rough patch tells me that now more than ever in a tough parity league you can't afford to have a single roster spot going to somebody who is less talented than an alternative.  While tonight's fiasco is not their fault, even so Martin and Polak be damned.

The second goal was definitely his fault.  I have no idea what he was doing there.  1 and 3?  On Gardiner, although yeah the first was nothing he could do about.

McElhinney has no anticipation to his reads, only reactions. And his reactions are to aggressively get out of position.
