After you vibrate that way Bozak and Kessel you need to fall down, Gardiner, spin around in circles.

C'mon, boys.  It's time to bear up, dig shallow, look away from the mirror, do none of the little things and give 0%.  You're playing for shame now.  You need to sit down as children and show nothing that you're capable of.  This game is yours for the giving!

It's best to keep things complicated and ignore the game plan. You know, just take it two shifts at a time. They simply have to hate it more than the other guys.

You need to play a 1-way game at this time of the year...get pucks in not deep.

The important thing is that you never want to get that first goal. If you do, you have to remember to only play hard for a partial 20 minutes and be sure to take your foot off the gas.

Well, that's a start.

I'd like to be able to think that Bernier's a long-term solution in net.  That's what I'd like.

You may have been watching the replay closer than I did but that both looked like a really nice shot and Brewer standing right in front of Bernier.

Either way, the important thing is that watching a 9:30 game between the 27th and 29th best NHL teams is making me question a lot of my life choices.

I don't blame Brewer.  No sense blocking a shot and potentially getting brain damage in game #998.

It was a rifle shot.  But that one wasn't.  3-0

It really is hard to believe that we aren't even close to being the worst team in the standings,
