Like what can you do? That's been happening all over this streak and centre ice goals are going in. Just throw your hands up. Hockey's weird sometimes.

When you're meant to be at the bottom of the standings, the game finds a way to get you there.

Never seen bad luck like this. It's crazy.

Wait.  I go away for the 3rd period and come back to find that they almost WON?  Whiskey Tango Foxtrot.

Holland and Clarkson both played just 0:42 seconds in the 3rd. Komarov with just 01:14 at even-strength. Horachek went with the hot hands + the top line in the 3rd.

David Clarkson your 5.25M 12th forward ladies and gentleman!  Since the 2nd lockout he now has a sizzling 30G 20A 50P in 159GP.  For those counting, that's 15G 10A 25P /82GP pace.  Take out his one isolated 30G season and his career average before that was 14G 13A 27P pace.  The Leafs are literally getting exactly what they paid for.

so. man of the match?

Bernier?
Horachek for the Seattle Seahawks type coaching decision?

There were some legitimately good performances from the skaters. Franson, Santorelli, Winnik, Booth, Kadri, Panik all had good games. Felt like half the forwards were good and the other half were invisible.

Words would be not be able to describe my joy if we only won one or two games for the rest of the season.

Could the luck of the Irish be upon us?

Could we finally have something great happen to us?
