Leafs @ Sabres - Mar. 5th, 7:30pm - TSN4, TSN 1050

Man all of our plays are so chincy. Don't we ever try to crash and bang it in? We clearly need some redirects and rebounds. We're not going to beat Johnson clean.

This is a sorry, sorry show.
Yeah, the last 2 games have been the scary Leafs...this type of play will result in a quick first round exit.

The Leafs' overall record flatters them a bit.  They don't dominate teams most nights, give up too many shots, and their D is simply not up to grade.  I have never gotten the feeling that they are set for a deep run yet.

Hainsey -4 now.

This is a sad team right now.  Need Florida to start losing.  And good god, let Matthews get healthy.

I for one have seen enough of Carrick.  I'd rather see Holl cycling in and out with Polak.

Unsurprisingly, Nylander was not effective playing with two grinders. Neither of his line mates can rush the puck, which is a problem when that is your game.

Marleau and Plekanec both looked disinterested yet again.

Komarov got two lucky goals and will probably be on the first powerplay unit for the next three years as a result.

Man, can you imagine how badly the team would be playing if, through the Front Office's actions, they'd been sent the message that they may not be contenders yet?

Dodged that bullet.

Dodged that bullet.

That was wicked true.
